Since T & D Associates was founded in 2001, we have been providing a range of integrated services from offices across the island with commitment to integrity, professionalism and excellence in today’s ever demanding global requirements of the business environment. The group consists of 04 companies, 02 firms and a workforce strength of hundred and fifty (150) members including more than 25 qualified professionals in the fields of accountancy, tax, IT and law. T & D cover wide range of services in appropriate locations well geared to effectively handle its clientele.

T & D specialize in serving businesses and organizations of all kinds under one roof with expertise backed by experience of over seventeen years. At T & D, we believe that we are the choice for technical capability, accessibility, responsiveness and delivering value-based services for our clients. While working with T & D, clients enjoy the efficiency of working with a single lead organization T & D was initially established in the heart of the Southern province, Galle in 2001 as a firm of Chartered Accountants by Dhammika Lokuge. Subsequently, T & D group extended its services by establishing its second office in Matara in the end of 2001 with the motive of providing their integrated services beyond Galle district. Remarking a turning point, T & D established an office in Colombo in 2005, after four years of its initial establishment. Following, T & D established its office in Anuradhapura and Kandy in order to serve a vast clientele. Meanwhile expanding its business operations T & D Management consultants (PVT) Limited, TDS Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, Delight Computer (Pvt) Ltd and PDN Associates (Pvt) Ltd were established in order to meet specific client requirements beyond standard accounting, taxation audit and assurance engagement services.

Strengthening its position, T & D group admitted to the Bakertilly International Network which was the 7 th largest network of in 2008 and acted as a member firm of Bakertilly International Network in Sri Lanka until depart ring from Bakertilly Network in 2015. In June 2015, T & D Associates became a correspondent firm of RSM International network wich is one of largest global audit, tax and consulting network which has presences  in 116 countries and are in each of the top 40 major business centers throughout the world with a combined staff of over 41,000 in over 750 offices across the Americas, Europe, MENA, Africa and Asia Pacific.
